Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Telecalling Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
Outbound Sales: Make high-level outbound calls to key prospects and clients, presenting our products/services and closing sales.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of the telecalling team, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and prospects to ensure long-term business success.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall sales performance.
