Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients or customers, generating leads, and providing information about our products or services. Your role will involve making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls:

o Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers.

o Promote and explain the features and benefits of our products or services.

o Address customer queries and provide detailed information.

o Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.

o Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

2. Record Keeping:

o Accurately record and update customer information and call details in the CRM system.

o Track and report on call outcomes, leads, and sales metrics.

3. Feedback Collection:

o Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences.

o Report any significant customer insights or trends to the management team.

4. Compliance:

o Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data protection regulations.

o Follow ethical practices and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong listening abilities and persuasive techniques.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

o Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
