Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will play a vital role in the real estate sales process by reaching out to potential clients, providing information about properties, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will contribute to the success of the real estate sales department.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate services and offerings.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through telephonic conversations, online inquiries, and other sources.

Property Information:

Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and benefits.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with real estate agents or visit properties.

Follow-up Calls:

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address inquiries, and gauge client interest.

Database Management:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client information and interactions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Input and manage client details and interactions in the CRM system.

Qualification and Segmentation:

Qualify leads based on client criteria and segment them for targeted marketing.

Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to better address client needs.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

Sales Aptitude:

Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and the ability to convey property details effectively.

Customer Service:

Strong customer service orientation
