Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Ensure all visitors are properly registered and directed to the appropriate personnel.
Telecalling & Customer Support:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote services or products.
Provide information about company offerings, promotions, and solutions.
Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage daily office correspondence and emails.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
Assist in maintaining office records, filing, and document management.
Handle basic administrative duties, such as data entry, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments for smooth handling of customer requests.
Assist the sales and marketing team by providing feedback from customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other Duties:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Help with basic office management tasks as required.
Any other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or client relations.
Ability to speak multiple languages
