We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to sell products/services, gather information, or follow up on leads.

1. Make outbound calls to targeted customers/prospects.
2. Present products/services and handle objections.
3. Gather customer information and feedback.
4. Meet or exceed sales/targets.
5. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
6. Build relationships with customers and maintain a database.
7. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call volume and sales targets.
10. Maintain accurate records of calls made and results.
