Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Follow up on leads and cold calls to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement:
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets and Quotas:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.
Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed to further engage potential customers.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve overall performance.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Education: High school, diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
