1. Handling Inquiries:

o Offering detailed information about for business analyst Training and placement
o Providing guidance to prospects and offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
2. Telecalling:
o Making outbound calls to potential leads (prospective students, customers, or clients).
o Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to convert them into actual clients or customers.
o Conducting market research via calls to gather information about customer needs and preferences.
3. Customer Support:
o Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
o Providing continuous support and assistance, offering solutions to customers' problems.
o Ensuring all queries are handled promptly, with accurate information.
4. Data Management:
o Maintaining records of all inquiries, calls, and feedback.
o Updating MS Excel or databases with customer information and interactions.
o Tracking and reporting on the status of leads and customer interactions.
5. Sales and Conversion:
o Converting leads into customers by promoting the benefits of the product/service.
o Meeting conversion targets and contributing to the overall sales goals.
6. Team Coordination:
o Collaborating with other teams (sales, marketing, or support) to ensure smooth operations.
o Providing feedback to management about customer trends or concerns.
