Role & Responsibilities

Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

counsel clients about Tourist visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.

Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.

Fix appointments for counsellors and generate walk-in.

Follow-up on the leads till registration.

Skills and Experience:- .

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Candidate should be from Immigration line
