Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur IN Suresh gyan vihar university Jagatpura . The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing information about our courses, addressing questions, and following up to secure student enrolment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in telesales or customer service

Ability to persuade and influence others

Good organizational and time management skills

Strong listening skills and ability to understand student needs

Ability to work well in a team and meet targets

Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
