Customer Engagement:

Engage with parents to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations for their newborns' early brain development.

Handle emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive and reassuring customer experience.

Target Achievement:

Drive individual performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and optimize the conversion of leads to enrollments.

Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hungry Brain's early brain development programs.

Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our programs, addressing specific needs and concerns raised by parents.

Independent Profile:

Take ownership from initial outreach to program enrollment.

Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Collaborate with the Team Leader to implement strategies for increased sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Previous experience in an industry where emotions play a crucial role is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.

Preference given to candidate who can speak Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada to effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience.

Proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Our Journey begins from 9th Dec. 2003 with toy and books Library from our founder's residence at Kandivali west.





2005

Expertise on child's psychology resulted in the increase of demand of the library and on 6th Feb 2005 we opened the library in Malad west as Toyland library. While meeting hundreds of parents and understanding their upbringing patterns and challenges, our founder saw a drastic difference in the children who were exposed to books and reading in early days as compared to those who were not. Going into the depth, she found that the awareness among parents on the methods to inculcate reading habits in children was very less. Due to the lack of knowledge even though parents wanted their children to read books couldn't make any difference. Rather they were frustrated with failures and many had given up.
