Job Description: Siemens Voice Inbound Process (Pilot Batch)
About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our Siemens Voice Inbound process. As a part of our pilot batch, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to Siemens clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from Siemens customers
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolution processes
Document customer interactions and update relevant systems
Adhere to strict quality standards and SLAs
Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office
