As a Domestic Voice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our domestic clients. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic clients

Provide excellent customer service and support

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Update customer information and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

Experience working in the Entertainment industry is a plus
