We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Telecallers. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects

Present product and service information in a clear and concise manner

Answer questions and address customer concerns

Overcome objections and close deals

Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers

Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer service experience preferred

Telemarketing experience a plus

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
