We are seeking energetic and committed freshers to join our team as Telecallers for our loan recovery process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handle customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and collections

• Follow up with customers regarding pending loan payments

• Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in the system

• Achieve monthly collection targets
