Job Title: Tele caller / Telesales

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products or services. You will play a critical role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

Present and explain product/service features and benefits effectively.

Answer queries and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.

Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or similar role is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

Language : English, Kannada, Hindi.

Education : 10th/2nd PUC Pass / Diploma/Degree.

Location: RT Nagar, (Matadahalli)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 12K to 20k Competitive + Incentives
