*Key Responsibilities:*
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and gather essential information from clients.
- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain healthy work relations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Document customer feedback and follow up on action items.
- Maintain an updated database of contacts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.
*Qualifications:*
- Excellent communication skills in [Kannada and English].
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude.
