Job Description_ Tele calling
Contact Customers and informing them on the over dues / outstanding amount.
Collect the delinquent / Overdue amount/ Settlement Amount over the phone/ Book PTP
Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service
Negotiate effectively and advice suitable payment plans
Pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts/Improving Credit score
Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as
Aware of the benefits of Credit score improvement and advised customers to avail of benefits
Maintain Customer follow up records/ Codes/Remarks
Initiate Field visits to customers when payments are not being made.
Good communication skills in Regional Language & English
Average System Knowledge, Typing Skills
Patience and resilience.
Familiarity with Bank Process and procedures.
Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on
month.
Working hours – 9am to 6pm. Monday to Saturday
Requirement
Minimum 1-2 years of Experience handling Collection Calls ( Optional )
Soft Calling/Disputes resolution
Understanding of financial products and know-how of the Collection process.
Good communicator and target-driven individual.
DRA certification
