Job Description:

We are seeking a Tele caller with a solid understanding of Ayurvedic principles to manage patient calls effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling patient queries, scheduling appointments, and providing informative guidance on Ayurvedic treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Communication:

o Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients with professionalism and empathy.

o Provide accurate information about Ayurvedic treatments, products, and services.

o Address patient queries and concerns regarding their health and treatment plans.

o Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments.

Knowledge Application:

o Utilize your knowledge of Ayurveda to provide relevant advice and support to patients.

o Explain Ayurvedic concepts and treatments in a clear and understandable manner.

o Assist patients in selecting appropriate Ayurvedic products and services based on their needs.

Record Keeping:

o Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and call logs.

o Update patient information and ensure all data is correctly entered into the system.

Customer Service:

o Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive, and courteous.

o Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
