Requirements

1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.

Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.

Knowledge of computer programs like CRM or MS Office and telephone systems.

Efficient with English, Kannada and optional Tamil.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
