Job Description:

As a Company Brand Buddy, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and contributing to our company's growth by driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Provide accurate information about our products and services.

Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and potential sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions.

Achieve and exceed monthly call and conversion targets.

Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer rejections gracefully and remain motivated.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
