We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Callers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving fixed sales targets within the services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate interest.

- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, following up to close sales.

- Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.

- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improvement.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offering.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably within the services industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
