Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Tele caller to join our team in promoting and selling our internet service packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our internet services, answer their queries, and convert leads into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

ound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote internet service packages.

Conversion: Convert leads into customers by explaining the benefits of our services and guiding them through the sign-up process.

omer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to internet services, and provide information on pricing, plans, and technical support.

ow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage service renewals or upgrades.

Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.

et Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

et Research: Gather information about competitors services and pricing to stay informed and competitiveinthemarket.
