**Job Description: Samvad Executive (Telecommunication Department)**

**Location:** Pune, Maharashtra

**Qualification:** Graduate, with excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry management, is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Customer Communication:**

- Inform and educate customers about the courses.

- Provide accurate and comprehensive product information, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Call Management:**

- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.

**Issue Resolution:**

- Address customer queries and resolve any questions or concerns.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

**Key Skills Required:**

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

- Basic computer literacy in MS Office and data entry management.

- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

- Confidence and ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
