We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and converting leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Aansh Services.

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

Provide detailed information about the services offered by Aansh Services.

Understand customer requirements and address their queries and concerns.

Convert potential leads into clients by building a rapport and providing excellent customer service.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.

Provide feedback to the team lead on call quality and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)].

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
