Job Description

As an Admission Counselor at A2IT, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for various training programs. Your role involves explaining program benefits, assessing students' requirements, and ensuring they are matched with the best course for their goals. You will be a key player in creating a seamless and supportive experience for students from their first inquiry to successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential students through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to provide information about available courses and training programs.

Provide post-admission support and serve as a point of contact for students throughout the enrollment process.

Keep accurate records of student interactions and applications using CRM software.
