Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner and address their inquiries or concerns.
Follow scripts and call guidelines provided by the company.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Provide information about products or services and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
