To call the leads which are received from various sources as well as cold calling.

To make data sheet of all the calls and its status.

To coordinate with the supervisors and take update from clients for services

Take customer support calls and assign them to appropriate person on the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in computer operation (Internet, MS-word, MS-excel)

Ability to work in a high energy environment

Highly motivated and goal oriented
