Job Details

Extend adequate support on the process and handling queries of existing clients.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and Written

Ensure End to End customer engagement by ensuring quality service, better TAT on client escalations and to liaison with internal teams for better solutions.

Collaborate with management teams and continuously upgrade knowledge on financial products, services and industry policies.

Promptly maintain and update various calling reports on CRM database.

Experience in handling customers over voice//non-voice or willingness to actively engage with clients in case of fresher.

Eye for numbers and versatile in working on multiple CRM tools including Excel.

Should be open to learn and upgrade their skills as per the ongoing business demands.
