• Updating CRM software on a regular basis with data & facts
• Inviting potential customers to marketing events / experience centers
• Keeping records of all sales activity, including information about potential clients, previous
discussions with clients about their needs and information resulting in sales
• Taking care of customer needs and coordinating with respective department to ensure that
ordered goods are delivered on time
• Providing customers with product recommendations based on their needs and requirements
• Arranging meetings, demoing and explaining product features to customers, pursuing sales inquiries
made by prospective clients via website, chats, emails, and incoming calls
• Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline that reflects the sales process and prospects.
