Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Telecaller. This role is not just limited to traditional telecalling duties but also extends to managing our social media accounts and assisting with link-building for SEO purposes. While prior experience in social media and SEO is not required. We provide comprehensive training in these areas to equip you with the necessary skills. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments. You will also be responsible for providing customer support and answering questions about our products and services.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiarity with social media platforms and enthusiasm for social media marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO and link building is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Training:
Comprehensive training in social media management and SEO link building will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for these aspects of your role.
