Job Description

1. Preferring Female candidates for the role.

2. Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls

3. Strong communication abilities in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

4. The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances

5. Ability to listen and solve problems

6. Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm

7. Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations

8. Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services

9. Input customer information into the computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities

10. Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services

11. Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any stream

2. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

3. Great networking skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication.

5. Strong business telephone and customer service skills

6. Excellent organizational skills to meet incoming call volume

7. Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations
