We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our enthusiastic team. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products/services, and driving sales. As the first point of contact between our company and our customers, the Telecaller Executive plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, and follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively answer customer queries and address concerns.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by persuading customers to make a purchase and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Lead Management: Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
