Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry.
Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.
