Job Description:-

Good understanding of the stakeholders in an Agile setup and the documentation.

Should write and edit technical information accordingly.

Should Prepare or commission graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing for user manuals, requirement documents, blogs (non-technical/technical), case studies etc.

Should Create, adapt, and follow Agile Sprints and ceremonies

Write high quality, easy to understand material, print or online, for user guides/instruction manuals

Proofread, scrutinise and edit own work and the work of others

Make amendments to written material in line with the suggestions of other departments

Commission illustrations, diagrams and photographs and incorporate them into text

Edit and update existing user guides and marketing materials

Communicate with the clients and end users to determine the goals and objectives of developing technical content

Use the developed software to gain a personal experience in using them.

Create documents as per the advantages or difficulties experienced during the trials.

Ensure all developed documents match the specifications set for authenticity, clarity, conciseness and orderliness of the content
