Candidates should have basic knowledge of installing security software like Norton

Antivirus/McAfee Security Centre and addressing issues with these third party software

Candidates should have basic knowledge of connectivity issues (network/internet) and should be able to put up a wireless network involving multiple devices/computers

Candidates should have basic knowledge with addressing issues with productivity software suites like MS Office/Excel/Powerpoint

HSC with 6 months experience/Graduate Fresher

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Good Communication skills: Fluency, Grammar & Neutral Accent
