*Ability to give software Demo to customers.

*Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem

*Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.

*Software installation remotely via remote control software.

*Should be able to recognize and analyze the issue properly

*Good analytical and problem-solving skills

*Good communication skills with Hindi, Marathi and English.
