Education : Preferable Diploma/ Graduate Engineering- (B. Tech./ . in Electronics / Instrumentation / Biomedical)

Languages : Kannada, English Hindi & Others

Skills : Computer Exposure with Excellent Troubleshooting. Should be comfortable handling electrical/ electronic tools. Self-motivated and driven by targets. The ability to influence and Negotiate with others • Fast learner and passion for sales.

Salary - NEGOTIBALE (Depending on Work Background & Experience)

Job Description :

* Sales and Service of Laboratory Equipment & Accessories • Analyze and Solve Problems • Service, Installation & IQ, OQ, PQ, Calibration, Breakdown services and Courtesy Services etc. • AMC Services within schedule period • Ensure all equipment are tested before leaving site • New enquiries generation for AMC, Calibration, Spares with the existing customers, follow up cases • Payments follow up • Service / AMC quotations • Calibration of measuring instruments as and when required • Update the History of equipment’s • Track Service pending Jobs • Update Service Reports List • Maintenance of Spares Inventory • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits • Demonstrating and presenting products • Establishing new business • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings • Reviewing sales performance • Negotiating contracts and packages • Working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets. • Customer Relationship & evaluating customer needs • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media • Sending Quotations and Regular follow-up.
