Position Offered: Process Coordinator

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Work Days: 5 days working, Monday Friday

Timings: 06:00 PM 03:00 AM (IST)

Responsibilities:

Experience in setting up ip configuration, remote control software like TeamViewer, Webex, Zoom etc

Ability to set up Cisco VoIP phones, etc

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.

Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.

Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.

Provide App support, Desktop support, Application installation and configuration, Troubleshooting, Network support

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.

Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.

Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site.

Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Requirements:

Communication and written skills in English must be Good

Ready to work in night shifts (Cab facility available for females)

Must Have proficiency with computer in typing, excel, Google, word, etc.
