Location: Bhopal, MP

Position Offered: Process Coordinator

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Work Days: 5 days working, Monday – Friday

Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (IST)

Responsibilities:

• Experience in setting up ip configuration, remote control software like TeamViewer, Webex, Zoom etc

• Ability to set up Cisco VoIP phones, etc

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.

• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.

• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.

• Provide App support, Desktop support, Application installation and configuration, Troubleshooting, Network support

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.

• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.

• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site.

• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Requirements:

• Communication and written skills in English must be Good

• Ready to work in night shifts (Cab facility available for females)

• Must Have proficiency with computer in typing, excel, Google, word, etc.
