Job Description for Technical Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and administrative skills, with expertise in Basic Excel, MS Word, Email, Online Portals, CorelDRAW, and the ability to manage various software and technical tools. This role requires excellent typing speed, strong communication skills, and the capability to handle a range of administrative and technical tasks. It is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys problem-solving while supporting internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Excel Skills:

Data Management: Perform basic data entry and management tasks using Microsoft Excel, which includes organizing data, creating simple spreadsheets, and performing basic calculations.

Simple Formulas & Functions: Utilize basic Excel functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, and simple cell references to conduct basic data analysis.

Reporting: Prepare and format basic reports and lists, creating simple tables and charts to represent data clearly and accurately.

Data Cleaning: Assist with data cleaning tasks to remove duplicates and correct errors within the data.

MS Word & Documentation:

Document Creation: Create, format, and edit professional documents, reports, letters, and presentations using MS Word.

Formatting & Templates: Use MS Word to format text, add images, and create tables to ensure high-quality and visually appealing documents.

Support for Internal Communication: Prepare internal memos, reports, and other documentation as required for various departments or clients.

Email & Online Portal Management:

Email Handling: Respond to emails professionally and effectively manage the company's email system.

Communication Coordination: Ensure that all queries or requests via email are handled promptly and accurately.
