HEXAENNEA is looking for a skilled AV Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for audio-video (AV) systems. The role involves installation, maintenance, and support of AV equipment, ensuring seamless operation for clients in residential, commercial, and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV systems, including projectors, home theaters, speakers, amplifiers, displays, and automation solutions.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for AV system setup, calibration, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues related to AV equipment.
Work closely with the sales and design teams to recommend AV solutions based on client requirements.
Conduct system testing and quality checks to ensure optimal performance.
Train clients on the proper usage and maintenance of AV equipment.
Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and troubleshooting procedures.
Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, products, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Bachelor��s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, or technical support.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, home theaters, sound systems, and automation solutions.
Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, Control4, AMX, etc.) is a plus.
Basic understanding of networking and IT for AV integration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing AV system issues.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
Valid driver��s license (if required for field support).
