Job Description

Installation and configuration of operating systems like, Windows and OS.

Configuring Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express to user systems.

Troubleshooting various network problems like port enabling, crimping.

Supporting employees through Remote Desktop & Remote Assistance.

Handling LAN issues and basic network issues.

Hardware Components replacement and coordinating with vendors.

Installing and Configuring Printers and network printers. Knowledge in performing backup and restore.

Troubleshooting the PC Assembling, hardware Components Installations and Software

Installations and using the third-party tools and utilities.

Troubleshoot software, hardware and network failures, identified root caused, and resolve in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitoring both hardware and software systems for errors, updating them regularly to maintain proper functioning.

Installing and configuring the peripheral components and drivers.

Monitoring performance of Desktops.
