We are seeking a Project coordinator who will be working with technical and non technical members in the team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing operations department and will have the ability and drive to learn new analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Determine project milestone dates and track progress against those agreed upon milestones.

Track and follow up to closure.

Working closely with customers to answer any questions and address any problems or complications that may arise

Coordinate with development teams to translate business requirements to technical requirements, and document them.

Identifying and communicating the schedule for all phases of the project making sure the customers expectations and productions schedules are synchronized

Testing of the projects and handover.

Data feeding and analysis.

Organizing and maintaining a project filing system

Participate in a weekly meeting to update the team of project status

Qualification:

BSc computer science/ IT

BA english literature

BSc Mathematics
