Job Profile: Technical Support Engineer Microsoft Office 365

Job Responsibilities

Office 365 set up from start to finish

Office Suite installation and Activation

OneDrive synchronization application troubleshooting

Outlook configuration using POP, IMAP or Autodiscover service

Mail flow configuration and troubleshooting

Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure

Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

Responsible for design, development, and implementation of Cloud solutions.

Champion the adoption of Office 365 & Azure services as appropriate for SMBs

Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support

Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary

Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform

Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution

Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.

Administer and support Office 365 Exchange policies.

Microsoft Office 365 Security Assessment for any business stakeholder with responsibilities for customer data and security.

Monitor, manage and secure employee's mobile devices data(MDM)

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

Understanding of Office 365 Suite and environment

Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and take a methodical approach to troubleshooting

Experience with remote desktop support

Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience

Subject matter expert in Microsoft Office 365

Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting in Windows based environment

Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment

Experience with ActiveDirectory and Exchange
