Position Summary

We are looking for a Wintel Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing VMware-Windows infrastructure

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor backup jobs and T/s if any issues arise.

• Troubleshoot and fix the problems with Windows Resource utilization and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patch management.

• Create and manage VM’s based on requirement

• Collaborate and Work with Network and Application teams.

• Handle L2/L3 issues in Windows, Patch management, Resources Management

Preferred Work Experience

• Experience in VMware

• Experience in Veeam backup solution.

• Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Environment, Windows Server deployment, Windows Server 2008/R2 and higher versions

• Knowledge of Windows Event Log Analysis & Remediation

• Experience on configuration & troubleshooting of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Server

• Experience in patch management (WSUS)

• Experience on backup software tools deployment & troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge on network devices such as routers, firewalls & switches

• Knowledge in Active directory preferred
