Job Description

Position Summary

 Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

 Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

 Monitor Infrastructure, (Firewall, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory) alerts

 Do basic troubleshooting

 Escalate it to the L2 team and follow-up till resolution

 Daily reporting on open case status.

 Follow-up on Pending cases and drive them for resolution

Preferred Work Experience

 IT Solution enthusiast with minimum 2 Years’ experience in similar role.

Preferred Certification and Educational Qualification

 Good communications skills

 Good typing skills (at least 25 WPM)

 Knowledge in Active directory, Exchange and Windows servers preferred

 ITIL certification will be an added advantage
