Work location: Whitefield/Electronic City, Bangalore.
Qualification Required: Graduation & Any PG.
Experience Required: Freshers and Experience
Working Shift: Day Shift / Global Shift
Employment Mode : C to H (Contract to Hire)
Cab facility: 2 way Provided by Company.
Working days: 5 days in a Week.
Salary: + 6000 Shift Allowance
Languages Required: Excellent English
Candidate Should have Laptop & Wi-Fi Connection
Role Purpose:
1. Should able to handle the calls.
2. Should able to handle the critical Situations of Customers or Client for trouble shooting of hardware and networking issues of laptops, desktops, printers.
3. should have knowledge in hardware and networking concepts.
4. Excellent customer handling issues.
5. Good problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Customer relationship management, should be able to interact with global, Ready to accept Inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Takes end to end Ownership of End User Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
Escalates complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering. Typically provides technical support for Internal and External customers.
Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees.
