“This position requires a 2 yrs bond due to the nature of the training provided.

Position Summary:

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and thrives in a technological environment. If you believe in technology at its finest, then this is the place for you.

As a Technical Support Professional, one will be responsible for designing an integrated solution, testing different software compatibility & assisting partners in executing the solution.

The individual will have the opportunity to work with different foreign OEMs & their software support team regularly.

He/she will be focused on helping channel partners & customers optimize their investment in converged security solutions including general pre-sales technical support to include demonstrations and tender responses.

Job requirements:

Ability to take on increasingly challenging assignments with a 'can do' attitude and expects a positive outcome.

Should understand IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Intrusion Systems, etc.

Should know about different operating systems, networks, servers, and databases.

Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Should have attention to detail, a positive attitude with the ability to work in a start-up and challenging environment.

Knowledge of remote control software such as TeamViewer etc.

Professional qualifications:

Only Male candidates preferred

Looking for Bangalore based candidates

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience: Fresher - 1 Yrs

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Communication/Computer Science/IT Engineering preferred.
