Technical Support Engineer (1-3 Years)
Location: Satellite Road, Ahmedabad
Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.
Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.
Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
