Roles and Responsibilities:
Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing as needed
Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures
Flexibility to work across multiple rotational shifts/night shifts
Ability to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and an effective communicator
Interview Details:

Eligibility Criteria:
2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any graduate
Prerequisite / Base skill - Understanding of web language - HTML, JS, CSS(no programming required)
Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.
Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
