Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Technical Support to the clients over phone by using remote desktop tools.
Learn quickly and possess in-depth knowledge of the functionality of our cloud hosted software product ().
Solve the queries from clients about our software product through email or over the phone.
Configure and maintain the MikroTik routers at the client locations remotely (On job training will be provided).
Help clients resolve the computer networking issues at their end to the best of your knowledge.
Work as a team by collaborating with other team mates.
Desired Candidate Profile
======================
Must have knowledge about Computer Networking, .
Should be able to provide support over the telephone.
Should keep mail correspondence on a regular basis.
Must have knowledge about remote desktop support tools such as Team viewer, Any-desk etc.
Preferable to have knowledge of configuring and maintaining MikroTik or similar Routers.
Preferable to have work Experience as network support in an ISP environment.
Creative and efficient problem solver.
Good communication skill.
Living in Eastern Suburbs of Mumbai. Should be able to commute daily to our office in Mulund(East).
Comfortable to work in Morning or Evening Shift.
